YES, it was a very useful Workshop. It opens the eyes to things we do or people do to us. And learn how to work with it. Very useful in everyday operations. Well structured flow, adapted after each feedback. Past experience of the trainer is a big plus.

We were given attention and were actively listen to. Concrete examples from real life. The fluidity in between tasks and explanation. The road to take to the point. Visible feedbacks sent was received (from the last session). Lots of practice. The attitude, consultation, offer to help.
