The people who have trusted us so far
The dynamic of the group was intense and open, it was super useful. Practical and insightful. Compared to the first 2 days online, these 2 days were much more to the point and challenging. We can bring a lot into our real situations. Some might use it a lot. This topic is generally so useful for everyone. I definitely highly recommend it. For colleagues with lower experience: definitely.

Storytelling, humor, personal touch, attention to detail. Examples from real life and from work. Keeping the contact with all of us. Towards the end relevant tips are given. The patience and nice approach, very helpful. Adaptation techniques based on feedback.

We were given attention and were actively listen to. Concrete examples from real life. The fluidity in between tasks and explanation. The road to take to the point. Visible feedbacks sent was received (from the last session). Lots of practice. The attitude, consultation, offer to help. The given materials and additional sources mentioned, the experience of the trainer, the adaptation of the training.

YES, it was a very useful Workshop. It opens the eyes to things we do or people do to us. And learn how to work with it. Very useful in everyday operations. Well structured flow, adapted after each feedback. Past experience of the trainer is a big plus.
Great to self-reflect, see people and situations from a different perspective.

Learning about manipulation. Learning about the different techniques. The TA method, realizing C/P/A situations.
Techniques and their application in role play. Not much time spent on theory rather tips and practice (efficient!). Assertivity – saying no, trying on manipulation from both sides. Bringing the theory info the role plays, trying things out. Experiencing the roles. Influencing and manipulation topics.
